Miso ramen, grilled pork, butter topping 900 yen Noodles: Curly thin noodles with a slightly larger amount than usual Soup: It's salty, so you can't drink it all up, but it's rich and goes well with the noodles and ingredients, so you can rest assured. Grilled pork: 5 fairly thick pieces, almost no fat, firmly salty, no fishy smell and good texture. Vegetables: Stir-fried cabbage, bean sprouts, crunchy corn, smooth wakame seaweed, all of which are good with good accents. Overall, I was very satisfied. Salt fried rice seems to be popular, so I want to try it next time.

I stopped by on my way home from work. It was so cold that day that I felt like eating miso ramen. Here "Kitaguni" is famous for its delicious miso ramen (^^) It's near the Toyokawa Interchange, and I got off the Tomei Expressway for work, so the route is just right (^^)v Negi miso ramen (780 yen) topped with corn and butter (90 yen each). Taste and visual power up! The miso has a rustic and mild flavor similar to Hokkaido miso ramen. The corn and butter add even more sweetness and richness to this dish♪ It's unbearable to scoop up a lot of lotus root with corn and soup and eat it together~ Green onions are also crunchy. Noodles are medium thin and straight. It is chewy noodles that go down well. Gyoza has less Ann, but if it is 300 yen for 8 pieces, it is a reasonable cost performance. It's crispy and fragrant because it's baked in a proper iron pan. Gyoza is also delicious! This is a recommended ramen shop for this cold winter season (^-^)/

This is a ramen shop that has been indebted for nearly 40 years. Not to mention the atmosphere of the restaurant, the taste of miso ramen remains the same. The flavor of the miso is strong, and you can feel the kindness in the umami. The gyoza dumplings are bite-sized and delicious, and I highly recommend them.
