A ramen shop recommended by a colleague before I stopped by several times after work, but it always seemed to be empty. I wrote my name on the list and waited for about an hour. I wonder if the store was about 8 with only counter seats. I ordered a light fish dish. It's delicious because it's packed with the flavor of the seafood. Most popular? I wonder if it's chicken niboshi. It looks like it will be gone soon. I ate chicken, soy sauce, and spicy food, but what left an impression on me was seafood. It's so amazingly delicious. It's not a deep flavor, but it's very impressive, and it feels like it's going to seep. If you are asked to introduce a ramen shop in Okazaki, you can name it in 1.2. I was satisfied.

A ramen shop where there is always a line. There is also a limited menu, so I have a hard time deciding what to eat every time. Today I had tanrei seafood shio ramen and aedama (blue tang garlic). It's delicious and fills your stomach in no time. The green tang garlic in the eggplant was delicious even when eaten as is. I put 70% of it as is and 30% of it in the ramen soup. was delicious. The restaurant seats about 7 people, and those waiting to enter the restaurant write their name on the register and wait in their car. I appreciate being able to wait in the car until the last minute. There are about 15 parking spaces in front of the store.

I visited for the first time after looking at Google Maps. Looking at other people's comments, I chose Boshi Ramen for backfat. The sweetness of the backfat, the crunchiness of the onion, the flavor of the niboshi, and the taste of the soup were all delicious! The noodles are flat. It was easy to eat with the soup. I was greedy and then ordered Aedama B homemade satay tom. This is thin straight noodles. Is it ginger? It was very good to be able to change the taste of the backfat with the boshi ramen! I wonder if it's an office somewhere first? I thought, but I thought it was wonderful that the parking lot was large and easy to park, and it was a popular store with no signboard. The staff is very kind and I would like to visit again. Next time I want to eat a lot of light seafood ♬
