The store had a calm atmosphere, and the customer service from the staff was good. The ramen was well seasoned with dashi, and although it was light, it had a rich and deep flavor. The noodles were thin, chewy, and delicious.

This is a delicious ramen shop that is open two days a week. It's usually an eel restaurant. There are 4 parking lots in the store, 2 in front of the store and 2 in the immediate vicinity. This time I had salt ramen with chicken oil. It's a rare char siu, so it's better to keep it rare, but personally, I'm glad I was able to enjoy it twice. There are also limited noodles, so I definitely want to visit again.

I don't know if it's a Michelin eel restaurant or a small restaurant, but I got information from a friend that it's a limited ramen restaurant on that regular holiday, so it seems that it's closed on Sundays, so I went there at noon. At that time, there was a sign for an eel restaurant. I didn't go to the ramen shop when I went home, but when I looked it up on the internet, I found that it was open as a ramen shop only at night when it was closed. o ^)/ Excited to enter the store, it's just been renovated. There are counter seats and table seats in a very clean space. A simple line-up called kaedama. Since it's my first time, I ordered soy sauce (1100 yen including tax) + boiled egg (110 yen including tax). I thought the soup was thin at first, but If you eat soki (softly boiled pork with cartilage) instead of char siu, it seems to be finished so that it is just the right seasoning. Also, the noodles are thin noodles (slightly thicker than Hakata noodles, straight noodles), but they are quite strong and go well with the soup, which is really delicious!! There is a gourd-shaped condiment container next to it. I thought it was pepper and poured it on the ramen, but surprisingly, it was blended with sansho, and the taste changed to an elegant taste unique to an eel restaurant. I haven't had a good time eating other Michelin ramen shops so far, I thought the soy sauce ramen at this store was quite elegant and delicious for the first time. When I saw the advertisement that was left at the checkout, it seems that he usually runs a small restaurant? I saw a signboard for an eel restaurant, but I wonder which one? I should have asked the clerk (laughs) I think that eel and small dishes are probably delicious (laughs) I'll go eat again later 😉
