One of my favorite miso ramen chain restaurants. The rich miso soup is delicious, and the grilled pork toppings are also exquisite. There are three types of miso: Hokkaido, Shinshu, Kyushu, Ise, and Edomae, but some stores only offer some types. Tadokoro Shoten's recommended dish seems to be the Hokkaido miso grilled char siu noodles. It's advertised on the website and offered in most stores. Personally, I like Ise miso. It is mainly served at stores in Mie Prefecture, so there are few opportunities to eat it. Recently, Ise miso mixed noodles have been introduced as a new menu item. I'm grateful to be able to eat Ise miso outside of Mie Prefecture. I went to the store right away. It looks luxurious and has a rich variety of toppings, including meat miso. I quickly mixed it well. delicious. The flavor is exquisite, not too strong and not too light. The noodles are thick and chewy. There's more than enough meat miso and sauce to keep you enjoying it till the end. It's a very satisfying dish. The staff was kind and polite, and served customers with a smile from ordering to paying. The inside of the store is spacious, clean, and has a good feel. It's a store you'll want to come back to again and again.

You can choose from three types of miso: Hokkaido, Shinshu, and Kyushu. I always go for Kyushu miso ramen, which has a gentle texture. It's a good deal with fried satsuma on it. The grilled chashu is huge, soft and delicious! Depending on my mood that day, I make a regular serving of ramen or chashu noodles. The next day after drinking it, I have a regular bowl of ramen without chashu on it. The customer service is polite and the restaurant has a rating of 4.2.
