Very nice ramen. Best Paitan type I've ever had. The chicken broth soup was very dense and full of chicken fragrance. There was also a sliced onion which gave sweet taste to contrast with the rich soup.

A sister restaurant to Yamate Toragen, a popular restaurant serving chicken paitan ramen and tantan noodles. I used to make tsukemen, but now I'm focusing on chicken paitan ramen and chicken paitan dandan noodles. The chicken paitan soup is sweet and rich. The garnish is low-temperature-cooked chicken breast chashu and brightly colored vegetables. Finish off with risotto with leftover soup. There are several flavors, so choose according to your preference that day. This is a rare and delicious ramen shop in the Mikawa Toyota area, where there aren't many shops around.

Came here on a Thursday around 12:30 noon. I thought it would be crowded since it seems to be a popular restaurant, but there were no other customers. The inside of the store is small and clean with a counter that seats 7 people. There is a calm atmosphere with bossa nova (?) style music. She asked if I had an apron, so I decided to get one. An apron is a nice service. Maybe it's because it's from the Toragen line of tandan noodles, but regardless of the color, it's oil. I ordered the signature chicken paitan. The chicken paitan soup goes perfectly with the thin noodles. If you drink the soup directly, it will be quite rich, but once it gets mixed with the noodles, it will melt into the soup. I'm glad there are so many ingredients. If you like chicken paitan, you won't regret going here.
