Very healthy tasting ramen with no additives. One of my favourite ramens in Tokyo

I live in Hyogo Prefecture, but had some business to do in Aichi Prefecture, and I went to this restaurant because it was highly rated on Tabelog. I think it's a miracle that I was able to eat this level of ramen without having to line up at lunchtime even though it was a Sunday. The one I ordered was the special Chinese soba with everything on it. First, enjoy the aroma and enjoy the soup directly from the bowl. It has a refreshing flavor with a hint of fish and shellfish, and I especially like the fact that the soy sauce doesn't have any sharp edges that sting the tongue. I think it is appropriate to call it Chinese soba. None of the ingredients felt like they were cut corners and I really enjoyed it. I proceeded to eat the noodles, soup, and toppings, and at the end, I left a mouthful of the soup and shook the bowl to cool it down before eating it, and it was a wonderful soup that clearly showed the amount of effort that went into preparing the soup stock. Thank you for the delicious meal.

``Chinese soba Suwaka'' is next to ``Kitaru'' which I went to the other day. The owner of this shop originally honed his skills in Tokyo. It seems that creative ramen is also available as a limited edition ramen, so it's a very original ramen shop~(^^) ●Special Chinese noodles/1000 yen Although it has an orthodox appearance, it is a beautifully arranged cup. As the name Chinese noodles suggests, it is delicious with the classic soy sauce soup! Mainly made with chicken bones, it has a flavor that you won't get tired of. The noodles are thin and straight. It's a good specification to go down the throat (^^) There are two different cuts of chashu, and you can enjoy the difference in texture between slices and cubes. It also contains wontons that have a smooth texture, making it a highly satisfying dish. As a local, I want to support the fact that they moved from Tokyo to Toyokawa. *Please note that photography of anything other than food is prohibited inside the restaurant.
