Toyokawa, Aichi, Japan｜らーめん 喰（くらう）

This is my first time having Tokushima ramen. At lunchtime, I had a ramen set with gyoza and rice. If you order half the noodles, you get a 100 yen discount. My first taste of the unique, rich soy sauce soup. Instead of chashu, it's topped with sweet and spicy pork belly. This soup goes great with green onions. I ordered an additional grey-haired green onion from the toppings menu. 100 yen. I was so happy to see more white-haired green onions on the plate than I expected. I enjoyed the different flavors and it was very delicious. Thank you for the meal♪ 2021/12 visit

I should have gone sooner! My daughter and I visited a ramen shop that we were interested in! I had Tokushima ramen! The pork has a strong flavor and is delicious! White-haired green onions and soup go great together!

This is the shop that always caught my attention every time I passed by. I ate Tokushima ramen for the first time, which I haven't seen anywhere else around here. It's called pork bone soy sauce, but it's a sweet soy sauce flavor, and the soup is a little dark, but it's sweet, so it's very mellow. The boiled pork on top of the thin curly noodles also goes well. It was very delicious. It is a ramen shop where the inside of the shop is also neat and the shopkeeper is very likable. Good job, General!
