The noodles are thick, curly, chewy and smooth, and have a chewy texture that shows the special care taken. Charyaki has a firm texture and is worth eating. Menma, green onions, and seaweed all make their presence felt, but the balance is good. Full marks! It has become my favorite salt ramen. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, with ample space at the counter, warm lighting, and the owner's gentle personality, so I was able to enjoy the ramen slowly. Thank you for the meal.
