More Comments at Google MapTakayama, a Yonezawa ramen restaurant that has been a hot topic since it first opened, was on a weekday during lunchtime, so I was lucky that the customers were there. When I looked it up online, it seemed like it would be extremely popular. I had never tasted Yonezawa ramen before, but it was light and full of flavor. The noodles are thin and curly and are thoroughly rolled after ordering, giving them a unique texture. Anyway, the soup was exquisite, but I think it's best enjoyed with these noodles. By the way, my child ordered the zaru ramen, which he said was delicious, with a light and flavorful dipping sauce. The char siu and vegetables used are carefully sourced locally, making it truly Yonezawa ramen that can only be found in Toyokawa. This is certainly ramen that you can enjoy every day. This ramen is definitely worth coming to, not only for locals, but also for the taste.
At Toyokawa Goyu in Aichi, why “Takayama” Yonezawa Ramen, Uesugi Sei. The noodles are curly noodles containing moisture ordered from Yonezawa. However, the red chicken in the soup and the pork in the char siu are local and famous. Dried sardines and local vegetables in a chicken broth base make this a light and timeless soup. Noodles are often entwined with this. It is a regular repeat decision.
I want to enjoy the nostalgic, light and gentle soup forever. Well balanced and recommended for women. Gyoza is also delicious.
