More Comments at Google MapI randomly searched for ramen on Google Navi and found it. Daughter girl restaurant!? Did you previously open an izakaya or Chinese restaurant in Miyoshiya Toyota? I liked Izakaya Village Chief, but I used it thinking that I hadn't seen a girl group recently. The parking lot was full when I visited, but I was able to park just one car at a time. Even though the parking lot was full, there were a few empty seats inside the store, with counters and tables, and maybe a tatami room in the back? It's wider than I expected. I ordered [Tanmen] salt and Taiwanese as you might guess from the store name. While I was waiting, I looked around the store and saw the autographs and uniforms of professional baseball players. There is a Dragons [8] autograph, but it doesn't seem to be Oshima's autograph...is that a pun? There's also a Jiro-style ramen that I didn't notice on the table menu posted on the wall, and a ramen that seems to have been featured on CBC TV's "Chant", so I've already decided to come back. Shio Tanmen is a simple vegetable tanmen with no meat and lots of cabbage. The flavor and richness of the gentle clear soup is amazing! Taiwanese tanmen is a delicious dish made with stir-fried bean sprouts with minced meat, chili peppers, and garlic. Many tanmen restaurants these days tend to have a higher base price and less vegetables, but I was very satisfied with this one. I would like to use it again when I pass nearby.
My mother said, ``I want to eat hiyashi chuka,'' so I searched for it on Google Maps and finally found this restaurant, the third one I found. My mother ordered ``hiyashi chuka'' and I ordered ``hiyashi ramen with lemon.'' Hiyashi chuka has a lot of ingredients on separate plates, and hiyashi ramen has a clear soup with chopped onions. Not only was I surprised by the appearance, but I was also surprised by the taste. Anyway, the soup is refreshing and delicious! I drank it all. The delicate sweetness of the chopped onions, the creamy boiled eggs, and the roasted pork are well-grilled, making them a little tough, but the more you bite into them, the more flavorful they become. My mother also said, "It was the most delicious. Let's come again." I'm really glad I came here because the deliciousness conveys the personality and careful work that goes into it. I will definitely go again!
I saw Chao's ramen special and stopped by. I ordered the miso tanmen posted on Ciao. Personally, I think ramen should be piping hot, but the ramen that was delivered to me was steaming hot! The miso also has a strong flavor, which is also a strike! There were other ramen that looked delicious, so I would like to come again!
