Three years ago, a Kurume ramen shop suddenly disappeared. It has been revived at an izakaya on the same premises. That's about 30 servings for lunch. I had the izakaya menu for dinner, People who cook are better at cooking. I felt safe. There is no Kurume ramen at night, You can have soy sauce ramen. This is! It's so delicious!

I haven't had a chance to find delicious pork bone ramen in Aichi, but this one was really delicious! It has a strong pork bone smell and is thick and rich. I also ordered fried rice, which was sweet and delicious as well ♪ My daughter liked it and ate a lot! The staff at the store were also kind. It's a bit disappointing that it's cash only, but it's a store I'd like to visit again in the future.

All the menus posted on the wall looked delicious so I was hesitant, but I ended up having the Kurume Tonkotsu Ramen♪ I personally fell in love with the mellow tonkotsu soup with no odor and the ideal consistency, and the straight thin noodles, so I tried it twice (lol) The toppings included from the beginning were 3 slices of char siu, wood ear fungus, and flavored egg, making it very satisfying♪ It was a small bar-style restaurant, but the staff were courteous and welcoming.
