Shinshiro, Aichi, Japan｜Sugakiya

When I returned to Aichi this summer, what I really wanted to eat was Sugakiya's cold Sugakiya ramen. However, Sugakiya's chilled noodles are often disappointing because they're really bland and average, so I didn't have high expectations. However, that prediction would be greatly overturned. From the moment I took a sip of the soup, I was convinced that it was Atari Ramen. The noodles soaked in cold water in the cold soup have a firm texture that goes well with the crispy, chilled seafood and pork bone-based soup. The fact that it is served with ham instead of chashu is also a big plus. There is no doubt that this ramen will be a part of Sugakiya's history. I'm happy to have been able to witness this historic moment. I haven't written about the store at all, but Sugakiya is located in the food court of Piago Shinshiro store. Since it was past noon, the aunty was working on her own, but she handled the orders very efficiently. wonderful.

Kotobukiya ramen and soft serve ice cream that I ate for the first time in 30 years. The taste was the same as before, very delicious. Ramen is 330 yen including tax, which is a bargain. I am grateful that the price setting that can be eaten with children's pocket money has not changed. The delivery time was early. Accounting was only cash or UNY card.

Stable Sugakiya, it was a wonderful taste!
