There was a sense of cleanliness, the customer service was polite, and there was no discomfort at all. I was relieved to see that they were not complacent about the taste of the famous restaurant, and that they carefully worked on each and every step. I thought!

There are always a lot of cars parked around lunch time. This is my third time here, and it's relatively empty at night. Up until now, I had ordered the restaurant's recommended Karamiso Ramen, but this time I ordered the Soy Sauce Ramen. The light soy sauce flavor and the rich soup stock made me think of Calamiso. The restaurant's recommended soy sauce ramen comes with a topping of calamiso balls, so I'm satisfied. The noodles are thick, curly noodles that go well with miso ramen.
