While I was curious about the impressive shop name...I heard that if you present your meal ticket at the sweets store next door, you'll get a 100 yen discount coupon, so I had no choice but to go (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ It was great!! After eating ramen and eating some sweet sweets, I wanted to eat ramen again, so I resisted the feeling of going into an endless loop and came to the store for the first time. When I entered the store, the clerk at the ticket vending machine explained the process carefully, and I was able to purchase the meal ticket with confidence. The miso (foam) white water dive rice set comes with miso white water ramen, rice to be added to the leftover soup, and a pickled plum on top. The miso paitan ramen had a mellow chicken paitan soup mixed with miso, and the soup was foamy, giving it a very smooth texture, and the black pepper accent was also nice. The noodles were straight, flat noodles, and the foamy soup mixed easily with the noodles, giving it a chewy texture. The milky-colored soup contains a soft-boiled egg, a large piece of chashu pork, mizuna and onions, and the presence of the chashu is overwhelming. There was a wide selection of seasonings, including lemon, chili oil, black pepper, dried sardine vinegar, jalapeno vinegar, and orange vinegar, all of which had a variety of different flavors. The final step is to add the dive rice to the leftover soup. The umeboshi was surprisingly refreshing, and when combined with the rich soup, it went well with the rice, making it a complete meal.

The hot water soup with white foam has a mellow and deep flavor, as if it contains fresh cream, and has a luxurious and elegant taste. The noodles have a chewy texture and a firm texture, making them a perfect match with the soup. I had chicken paitan ramen, meat rice, and fried chicken. The soup was not too thick and creamy, and the noodles were medium-thick and straight, which matched perfectly and was delicious. I thought it could be a little harder. The meat rice was easy to eat as the eggs were rich and mixed with the sauce and char siu. It was recommended that fried chicken be eaten with three types of vinegar (jalapeno vinegar, orange vinegar, and niboshi vinegar), but I personally found it to be most delicious when eaten without adding anything. If you want strong, jalapeno vinegar is the best.
