I wanted to eat it for the first time in a while, so my kids and I decided to visit! This time, two of us shared the pork bone ramen and fried chicken. For the toppings, I received two boiled eggs and two extra eggs. The hardness of the noodles is 8 seconds, 4 seconds, and 8 seconds. As always, the soup was delicious with a gentle pork bone flavor. I like spicy food, so I added mustard miso to change the taste, but it was delicious as well🤤I was told that they didn't take out the fried chicken, but I was able to borrow a wrap if I had any leftovers. So, for the fried chicken that I couldn't finish, I borrowed a plastic wrap and took it home as a souvenir for my father, who couldn't come to work. The fried chicken was also excellent! I went there for the first time and had the special ramen, Stamina Karaage. It was a rich pork bone soup and very delicious. Adding chili pepper miso to the soup makes it even more delicious. If you add garlic soy sauce, it will be even more delicious. I enjoyed the various flavors. Stamina fried chicken is refreshing and delicious, and it softens the bitterness of the pork bones.
