Ama, Aichi, Japan｜Ikkoku Sakigakedo Miwa

I wanted to eat Ikkokudo ramen for the first time in a while, so I went there for a late lunch. We have a wide variety of ramen, from Taiwanese ramen to tsukemen to light tanmen, so we're happy to be able to cater to the taste preferences of various people. This time I had the tanmen with plenty of vegetables, and the soup stock from the clams worked well, and it was very delicious with the amount of vegetables and lightness that you would expect from a certain famous Champon specialty restaurant. I am grateful that they have taken good measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, and the staff's explanations of the menu are easy to understand. Unlike other ramen restaurants, they serve cold green tea instead of water, which is a good way to cleanse your palate after eating ramen. Thank you for the meal.

I used it for takeout. Ramen noodles are separated from the soup, and when you eat it, you put the noodles in the soup, so the noodles don't stretch. If you place an order over the phone, they will let you know when it will be ready. You can use PayPay for payment.

Even though it's the same Ikkokudo store, I recommend the Miwa store because of the staff's service and the seasoning of the food, compared to the Kiyosu store!The Kiyosu store has retrained its staff!
