Inazawa, Aichi, Japan｜Ramen Kazamidori

Today's lunch was rich chicken paitan salt ramen at RAMEN Kazamidori main store in Inazawa. My friend had chicken and seafood salt ramen and chicken butter garlic rice bowl. With the lunch service, I got a small bowl of rice for free, and my friend got a large bowl of noodles. The rich chicken broth soup was sweet and delicious. The double seafood soup has a light flavor and is good.

I thought I was going to eat salt Ordered because I was attracted to the limited kombu dashi base chilled ramen. Unlike salt, the noodles are flat noodles with a firm texture. It was so delicious that I should have made a large serving of noodles. As the name suggests, the soup comes first with kombu dashi. There were two ice cubes, but it was cold enough and delicious. The only additional topping is the flavored egg. Myoga's accent was really good. Even if I have to wait in the heat, I want to go eat again.

Saturday, May 13, 2023 I visited on a pouring rainy night. We arrived at a time when many customers were leaving, and after a short wait, we were immediately shown to our seats. I was hungry today, so I ordered the special salt ramen, which is unusual for me! ️ I was also attracted by the fact that it was the most popular (*´艸`*) I don't like strong seafood flavors, but the weathercock ramen has an exquisite flavor ❤️ All the flavors are elegant without being too overpowering. It feels thin, but it's really rich. It’s really delicious ＼(*´▽｀*)／ Next time I want to try the special soy sauce ramen. On the way back, there was a long line of customers. There were many customers with children!
