I completely despised it! Anyway, the exterior and interior are stylish, and dim sum is served as a set. I guess you don't really care about ramen anyway. I thought so, but It was easily top-class delicious 😋 Homemade noodles are puripuri shiko shiko, Is the soup chicken bone and Yuasa soy sauce? Simple and standard, but It's high quality and very delicious. It's surprisingly oily. The char siu also has moderate softness and meaty flavor. We chose two types of dim sum: Xiao Long Bao and Okowa Shumai. I thought the Okowa Siomai would have more of a Siomai feel, but it was just Okowa wrapped in a skin. Xiao long bao is super delicious when eaten with ramen soup 🤤 Anyway, I thought the noodles were delicious. If I have a chance, I would like to do it in the morning.

Visited for brunch around 10 o'clock on a weekday. ★ Ramen + Aedama + Rice 1200 yen ◎ The key is the rich and mellow flavor of soy sauce. ○ I'm happy with the valuable morning hours. There are two parking lots around the store, but please note that they are located next to the intersection of the national highway and the main road. The interior of the restaurant is bright and airy, with counter seats and table seats, and an open kitchen that will excite you. Grafmi was once a popular store in Chikusa Ward, but it has finally relocated and opened. During the pre-opening period, only set meal sets with noodles and rice plus extra will be offered, and payment will be made at the same time as ordering. There may be changes to the menu after the grand opening, so be sure to check the store's SNS. I'm also curious about the dim sum, but since this is a restaurant that serves homemade noodles, I decided to try this menu to fully enjoy the noodles. The richly colored soup is said to be made using Yuasa soy sauce made in barrels, and the rich and rich flavor and aroma of this soy sauce is amazing. You can really feel the flavor of chicken in the aftertaste, and as a soy sauce ramen fan like me, I find it very delicious. The char siu is cooked at a low temperature and has a concentrated flavor, and the most interesting ingredients are the bamboo shoots and lotus root, which are unusual for ramen. You can order the marinated balls at any time you like, so I ordered them when I was done eating them. If you mix it lightly, it will feel a little oily, but you can also smell the soy sauce. Ramen's noodles are flat, straight noodles with a chewy texture that is made with a high amount of water, while Aedama noodles are thin noodles that have a chewy texture with a low amount of water. It's delicious to enjoy this difference and eat it while adding the leftover soup to the dressing. It looked delicious when I added the leftover soup to the rice, but I decided against it as I thought it would add too much salt. As mentioned above, this time I went for brunch, so the price was not cheap, but for this quality, it's a great value. Personally, I'd be happy if they had a morning ramen menu since they plan to open from 8am even after the grand opening. Whether it's there or not, I plan to visit again in the morning for Ra.
