Ichinomiya, Aichi, Japan｜ramentei thururu ichinomiyanishi

This place is located in the busy intersection in my area. I always wanted to visit after seeing the big bowl of ramen kanban. Their karage was one of the best I ever had. Too bad they are not open for dinner time. Tonkotsu ramen was definitely better than any of chain restaurants I've been to. They use thick chashu pork which was smooth and juicy. I will definitely be back for more ramen and try kushikatsu next time

For lunch today, I went to Ramentei Tsururu Ichinomiya Nishi branch and had char siu noodles for 980 yen and a lunch set of rice for 70 yen😁❗️This is a tonkotsu ramen specialty store, and long char siu noodles are available in limited quantities, but their signature menu is It's like that. I arrived near the end of business, but the restaurant was full and there was one seat available, so I took a seat at the counter. Is it char siu bowl? It has a strong garlic scent that whets the appetite. The noodles are super thin and you can choose the hardness. Although the soup is light, it has a rich flavor and is easy to drink without the smell of pork bones. It was about 60g of chashu, which was quite a lot with 3 slices on top. It's 1cm thick, soft, and filling. There are about 6 counter seats and 2 table seats. There is quite a lot of shared parking. You can use PayPay. Thank you for the meal.

I got the characteristic long pork noodles (｡ᵕᴗᵕ｡) The soup had no peculiarities or odors, and the tonkotsu had a very refreshing taste. It's a ramen with a lot of volume, so I wonder if it's not that heavy. The noodles are thin and have a nice chewy texture in your mouth. The long roasted pork fillet, which is the main topping, was filling and soft, and I was able to enjoy it in spite of its volume. Personally, I love wooden ears, so I was really happy that there were so many included. The gyoza was also delicious with plenty of gravy😋 I want to go for ramen, but I want to go for dumplings as well.
