For lunch today, I had Niboshi flavored egg ramen for 880 yen at Ramen Kourujippo. The kitchen is also beautiful. Please be careful that the parking lot is only for 4 cars from the left toward the shop. A bowl of rice is free for lunch. First of all, it's from the soup, but this soup has dried sardine powder at the bottom of the bowl, so I'll take a bite without mixing it first. With the scent of dried sardines and a light soup, this is still delicious enough, but lift the noodles and mix the dried sardine powder to change the taste and take a bite. The noodles are super thin and go down smoothly. The menma is chewy but soft, and the chashu cannot be picked up with chopsticks😁. At the end, I dived rice into the bowl and finished it with ramen chazuke. The dried sardine powder caught my throat a little, so I was careful. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal

I ate niboshi ramen. It was delicious. The backfat topping had a good taste. I would like to try another menu next time.
