I went on a Thursday around 13:30. There was no previous customer and one person came in as soon as I entered the store. Both soy sauce and tantan noodles were thin noodles, so I personally liked tantan noodles a little thicker, and I thought it would be delicious with the soup. This is my personal opinion.

It is a restaurant with no chemical seasonings and has a good reputation in word-of-mouth. It is a visit while imagining that it is an old-fashioned rustic taste. As an impression, it was a better shop than expected. First of all, it is a soup, but as expected, it has a moderate thickness and it seems that there are no likes and dislikes. Recently, strong flavors have become popular, but it stands out from the crowd. Two types of char siu were more than I expected. I have a good impression that the softly finished pork and chicken are on top. There is more to eat than it looks. And there is menma cut in almost the same size as char siu. This kind of cut is rare, but it's delicious. Menma has a strange taste and is treated as a bonus at some stores, but this is not the case here. I was able to enjoy it while thinking that the beloved taste would continue as long as the shop was in good health.
