A simple ramen with a pork bone base. Bean sprout topping is exquisite. If you mix the bean sprouts with the soup and eat it first, the blood sugar level will not rise sharply and the taste will be just right. The soup is rich and fragrant, and it's very good. The char siu is roasted over charcoal and served, which is delicious. Also, I don't often think that menma is delicious, but I like the menma here. I'm curious about corona these days. I have a takeaway, so I'm using it. We also have char siu to take home, so I enjoy ramen on the first day and char siu rice bowl on the second day with my family.
I went on a business trip to Wakayama and was so moved by the authentic taste for the first time that I ate all over the place for 3 days. When I came back to Nagoya, I went there because it was nearby, and it was delicious, so I've been there several times. Other people have written about it being boomy and salty, but maybe I'm an idiot, but I couldn't tell much of a difference. 😅It's so delicious that I always finish the soup. Once you try it, you will understand the atmosphere of Wakayama Ramen. I think it's very delicious. Isn't the toppings a little expensive? Also, the manager seems a bit curt, but since I'm here to eat ramen, I don't really care. 😁 It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
