I used it around noon on Saturday. I wasn't looking for anything in particular, but the atmosphere just happened to be nice, so I went in. The inside of the restaurant was made of wood and had a calm feel to it. There were several counter seats and about three tables, so it was large enough to accommodate about 10 people. The menu only includes Chinese soba noodles, and you can add the amount of noodles and toppings. The difference between Shochikuumei and Shochikubai is Matsu▶No topping Bamboo ▶ 3 pieces of char siu with toppings (photo attached) Plum ▶ More chashu, 5 pieces? You can also increase the amount of noodles for an additional fee, which is great for men too. As for the taste, it was delicious. Although the soup is light, it has a rich flavor that you won't get tired of drinking it. The noodles are thin, but they blend well with the soup and go in smoothly. The toppings were solid and the roasted pork was perfectly cooked. This is one item I recommend.

A highly anticipated ramen shop that I went to for the first time♪ There were two groups waiting in front of me and it was a 30 minute wait. The atmosphere inside the store was very nice! It doesn't hurt to wait! Ghibli accessories and music are playing, making it a soothing space even while waiting for the service to arrive. I had the normal amount and it was just right, but my husband felt full with the large serving and rice! Both those serving customers and those working in the kitchen, when paying the bill. Sorry for keeping you waiting in the heat. It was a polite customer service I haven't been able to meet polite customer service lately, so I was very satisfied with the taste and customer service♪

Visited in August 2023. A shop I've always wanted to visit. When I went there before 12:00 noon on Friday, I got in right away without lining up. There is a space where several cars can be parked when the parking lot heads north from the store along the railroad track. For the menu, select Ramen (Take) 990 yen. (This was the only one I had on this day.) There were about 3 levels of prices depending on the amount, such as a large serving. The interior of the store has an antique design. Ghibli music is playing and many Gigi stuffed animals are displayed, so you can tell that the owner likes Ghibli. The ramen brought to the table is soy sauce-based soup with roasted pork fillet, nori seaweed, bamboo shoots, and lots of other ingredients. The amount of noodles is small, so it seems better for men to increase the amount.
