Looking for Jiro-style ramen near Nagoya Station, this time I visited Tachikawa Mashimashi a little after it opened in the morning. This time, I chose medium ramen (300g of noodles), more vegetables (600g), more oil, normal thickness, and topped it with onions (100 yen) so I wouldn't get bored. The garlic is given in a separate container and you can add it as you like, which is great.You can add or not, add more or less, depending on your mood and schedule that day. Any other soy sauce? , vinegar, pepper, and other ingredients, and you can change the taste to your liking. The taste wasn't as bad as I expected, and I was able to keep eating it. The noodles are medium thick, easy to slurp, and have a satisfying texture. The grilled pork is also thickly cut and has a nice texture. This time I had a lot of better meals, but next time I think I'll have a normal amount and have better rice as well.

Late at night, my senior suddenly said, ``I want to eat ramen, do you want to go?'' So I searched online for a ramen restaurant near my hotel and found it. I've been to Mashimashi several times, which is the closest one in Tsurukawa, Kanagawa Prefecture, so I decided to visit it as it was a branch of a store I knew. I was really impressed by the fact that the flavor was a little stronger and the timing of the call (call when you handed the ticket to the staff) was completely different. Also, the timing of the call was different, so instead of the standard Jiro-style question "Would you like some garlic?", I was asked to add the garlic myself from the bowl on the table. I mentioned earlier that the flavor was a little strong, but when I added garlic and sipped it, it was delicious and I was like, ``Yes, this is it.''

When I went around 15:00, I put it in immediately with a rattle. I bought a meal ticket and ordered normal vegetables, less fat, and less soy sauce. Toppings are quail and backfat. This backfat was so good that I ordered another. When I got home, I could smell the garlic all over my body. But it was delicious. Finally, is the clerk Indian?
