Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Karamiso Ramen Fukurou (Meieki-ten)

5/5 Amazing! I live in Kyoto so this is my first time in Nagoya and my first time having their ramen. I've heard that Nagoya likes stronger flavours so I was hyped to come as a foodie. And boy this really did deliver! The noodles are THICC and the broth attacks your taste buds, latch on and doesn't let go. The meat is substantial and cpmplement everything really well. Very very good in my opinion.
