4.5*. Tried the Chasu ramen set w fried rice along w an order of gyoza. The chasu wasn’t salty but you can tell it’s not the most tender. The pork gyoza was light and beautifully used ginger to create a nice spice to them. Gyoza gets the extra half star. The perforated spoon was nice to get all the vegetables and bamboo if you’re not a broth fan.

I had the miso ramen. Chicken char siu is refreshing to eat.

I thought I would have a meal before watching a baseball game, so I entered. After one bite and one sip of the soup, I was overwhelmed by the deliciousness. Also, I would like to stop by before my trip.
