A very special type of ramen, totally recommended for ramen lovers looking for something unique! I was surprised by the flavor and the consistency of the soup. Sometimes I get tired of "generic" ramen, and finding restaurants like these is like a blessing. Would definitely go again to try the other options in the menu.

I had the special chicken paitan rich espresso salt ramen🍜 The bubbles are entwined with the noodles! Rich and delicious. The egg had solidified properly. It's a shame because personally, I like when you drool. Rare char siu is delicious, but if you save it for later, it will become tough, so eat it as soon as possible. There seems to be no towels, wipes, or tissues.

It was delicious👍 I had the special Hikari chicken ramen and the cha mayo rice for weekday lunch. The flavor of the seafood combined with the chicken broth was well-balanced, and although it was light at first, the flavor lasted for a long time. The soup feels a little thick. Since it's a special dish, the two types of char siew on it were soft and flavorful, and very tasty. The noodles are slightly flat and medium-thin (I guess). The noodles themselves had a good texture and aroma and were delicious, but the surface was very slippery and didn't mix well with the soup. I felt that all the staff members were communicating with each other in a variety of ways. The same goes for orders, and we communicated not only when customers entered the store but also when cars entered the parking lot. It was impressive to see the older sister instructing the apprentice boy, ``When you ask a customer to wait, you have to say, ``We're moving quickly, so we can serve you right away.'' 😅 My apprentice brother, please do your best and continue for a long time 😄 I would like to stop by again if I am nearby.
