More Comments at Google MapI came to Ramen Shinai Konan store (formerly Konan Minami store)! Actually, this is the shop where I used to work part-time when it first opened! A fairly famous shop in the local Konan city! If you are a citizen of Gangnam and don't know this place, it's Moguri lol Now, what's the menu I received this time? A ramen's fried rice set, fried chicken legs! Shinaki has a variety of menu items (there are more menus than when I was working part-time), but when you think of Shinaki, do you think of A ramen or O ramen? To explain briefly, A ramen comes with 3 thick slices of char siu (homemade)! O ramen comes with 5 slices of thickly sliced chashu (homemade)! Soup is soy sauce! The noodles are homemade and curly! The refreshing taste is loved by locals! Next is fried rice! The homemade chashu is cut into pieces and has just the right amount of seasoning, without being sticky or sticky! And fried chicken legs! The squid is made with Mondaka squid and has a chewy texture, and the batter is made with tempura flour, making it soft and fluffy! I ask for it almost every time lol And when I was working part-time, I often ate it for free. However, since I took over at the current store (from the previous manager to the current manager of the old Gangnam store), I feel that the flavor has become bland, including the ramen and fried rice. I feel like the volume went down a little after that. However, there is no doubt that it is delicious, so everyone should give it a try! Shinaki also has other stores such as Konsei store, Fuso store, Komaki store, etc., and each store has a different menu (although the standard menu is available at all stores!)!
Every time I go to a delicious thick-sliced char siu restaurant, I get lost between miso and soy sauce. I chose soy sauce today. It's delicious. Satisfied with just the right amount of fried rice in the fried rice set
A Ramen's Chinese noodles (soy sauce ramen) and O Ramen's thick sliced chashu are highly recommended. They also have grilled pork for takeout, just as thick cut! The deep-fried geso is also thick and goes well with sake. There are many types of ramen sets, and I am happy that you can choose the type of ramen.
