Come to the store at 11:00 on the holiday in August 2023! Right in front of the parking lot! It was full as soon as it opened, so I recommend going early! The inside of the store has an atmosphere like an obanzai restaurant! There are 6.7 seats at the counter! 2 seats for 4 people at the top! There were two staff members! I ordered grilled mackerel salt ramen! Arrived in about 5 minutes! It looks beautiful! I love the taste too! It was very delicious with a gentle taste and the grilled mackerel was well seasoned! We will go again!

The Japanese-style soup has a refreshing taste that goes well with udon or soba noodles. Mackerel is easy to eat with the bones removed. The noodles are super thin and not even Hida soba, maybe Chinese soba? It tastes like Japanese style ramen. It's good not to lean back after eating. I think this ramen is the complete opposite of Tenichi and Jiro ramen.

I came here because I wanted to eat salt ramen. It's very light, but it's a meaty braised pork belly with fragrant chashu ♡ It was so delicious! Although the meat was thick, it wasn't overpowering, so next time I'd like to try the gyu-kakuni salt ramen. For those who don't like meat, I thought it would be nice to have grilled mackerel salt ramen!! The restaurant has a counter with sunken kotatsu seats, a counter with chairs, and two tatami mat seats for four people. I love the calming atmosphere of wood ♡ Business hours are 11:00-14:00 17:00～21:00 It was closed on Wednesday(*^^*)
