Taiwanese ramen is consistently delicious. The spiciness varies from person to person, but it's usually spicy enough. You can use the minced garlic on the table if you like. The fried rice is also crunchy and has plenty of minced meat. The seasoning is light to match the ramen soup, but it's delicious. Fried rice in Egaku is also delicious!

I went there for the first time. The ramen was spicy, but the miso was sweet, well -balanced and delicious. The amount of minced meat is also Morimori.
