My favorite noodles, Ramen Koki. Today, I chose black for Limited B Jiro-style Kojiro noodles (additional 50 yen). It's delicious, but it's limited edition, so by the time you see this post it'll probably be sold out. The black salted pork bone noodles are recommended here, and the limited edition ramen is of such quality that you won't want to throw it away, so give it a try. I wonder if the next limited edition will be sesame ramen? ?

I came to the store for the first time because I won a ramen ticket in a gift project for Asahi Seto (local information magazine). You can choose green (Aosa), white (bonito), or red (chili pepper) noodles. It smells so good! I chose salt ramen, but it was richer (thick soup) than light, and I liked it.

Salt sea lettuce ramen is exquisite 🍜! Speaking of salt ramen, is it a light soup? No no, rich salt soup! The base looks like pork bone. Mellow with not transparent soup ~ Sea lettuce oil is used for sea lettuce noodles, but the scent of the seashore enhances the taste and is the best! I think people who like seaweed in ramen will agree with me (laughs). Satisfaction is overwhelming... If you put the apple cider vinegar on the table at the end, you won't get tired of it! We also focus on homemade noodles and limited-time noodles, and we have a seasonal menu. Please eat!
