Kasugai, Aichi, Japan｜Nagomiya Kozoji

One of my family’s favorite places to eat just “al dente” ramen noodles. Sliced pork meat, “Char Siu” is super delicious and highly recommend.

There used to be this store and another store in Owariasahi, but the Owariasahi store has closed. I usually order mazesoba, but I think anything is delicious. On weekday lunches, if you order ramen, you get a bowl of rice for free, and then you get noodles and then add extra rice. Swallows come to the entrance every year to raise their young, and the last time I went there, they seemed to be in the middle of looking for a partner. I'm looking forward to eating ramen, but You can also enjoy watching swallows grow.

I visited during lunch time. Although the store was crowded, the receptionist came right away and guided us to our seats smoothly. I received a large serving of chilled soy sauce ramen. The crunch of the vegetables and the soy sauce soup went well together and it was delicious. And the noodles were thin and hard, which was a good match! There are limited time menus available regularly, so you won't get bored no matter when you go. This is a highly recommended restaurant for those who want to eat ramen but can't decide which ramen to get!
