▫︎Recommended stores First visit. It's Jiro type. I went there 10 minutes before the store opened at 12:00, and there was one person ahead of me. I ordered the thick noodles inside. The ramen that came out after about 15 minutes was very delicious. The noodles were thick and firm, and the soup had a clear outline. I ordered more vegetables, more oil, and garlic as usual. It was really delicious. Cash only. There was a parking lot for about 4 cars in front of the store.

I just happened to want to eat Jiro-style, so I found this restaurant nearby and went in to try it, but this was the ramen I had a fateful encounter with (laughs). First of all, it's cheap!! It's 900 yen for thick noodles (medium) (purchase system at the ticket machine), but you can add more vegetables and garlic for free👍 And the "homemade noodles", which are not often found in Jiro restaurants, are thick brown noodles made with high-quality domestically produced branded flour. Moreover, the texture is quite hard! (Like the concept written in the parking lot), but it is very delicious with the soup. It's also good that the soup is a thick soup with a strong soy sauce👍 And there are many bean sprouts, and it goes well with this soup👍 The char siu is also made with domestic brand pork, and the seasoning is just right, not too strong👍 Even though it's medium-sized, my stomach is full (laughs) No, I'm very satisfied!!👍👍👍 In conclusion, it was the ultimate complete form of Jiro-kei, and it was so delicious that Jiro-kei maniacs finally arrived here without any flaws in terms of quality, quantity, and taste. I was able to say that it is a famous restaurant for Jiro style ramen. There were always a few people waiting in line outside at lunchtime, but it wasn't that crowded the night I came. It's a small shop with only two table seats and a counter. I saw on the signboard that it was thick noodles, but was it udon? ? The noodles were quite thick. I think it's good for people who like thick noodles. There were plenty of bean sprouts and vegetables, and when I added more meat, I ended up with a heaping amount that I couldn't finish. I ordered a small portion, but the total amount was more than a regular portion at other restaurants. I would like to come back again when I want to eat back fat ramen with dark soy sauce.
