Delicious creative ramen shop. It's delicious here! Tsukemen is mixed with kelp soup stock, and comes with salt and wasabi. Personally, the noodles I ate with just salt were delicious. I also like wasabi because it's my favorite type of wasabi, but it's the first time I've had a shock when I eat noodles with only salt. Of course, the dipping sauce was also delicious. Lunch comes with a mini bowl, so have a roast beef bowl. This is also delicious. Even better was the aedama. And you can choose the flavor. I received dried sardines butter, but I am very satisfied with the richness and amount of flavor that can be achieved by itself! The dumplings were sold out, so I thought it would be unsatisfactory, but I was very satisfied with the noodles and mini bowl! It seems that there is a second store, so I would like to go there too ♪ About 10 parking spaces are shared in front of the store. Because it is a popular store, there is a little line.

I heard that there weren't many left, so I went looking for chilled tsukemen for late summer, but I couldn't find any. I received a large serving of Tsukemen from the regular menu. First of all, I was surprised by the amount of noodles! When I received it before, the large portion wasn't enough, but now it's a lot. As for the dipping sauce, I also felt like it was lacking in flavor, but the flavor of the chicken was at its full potential. Lately it has been limited edition, but I would like to try the regular menu again.

The chicken char siu cooked at a low temperature was extremely moist and delicious. The soy sauce ramen made with Nagoya Cochin stock was refreshing, but the umami of the chicken came out well, and it was so delicious that I drank the entire soup.
