When it comes to Chinese noodles in Kasugai, Haruki is the best. When I visited the other day, I received Chinese noodles and a daily rice set. The soup is made with a strong soy sauce, but it doesn't feel like the soy sauce is too strong, and it's a bowl that you can eat clean and delicious until the end. I personally recommend the daily rice set. There are two parking lots in addition to the one in front of the store, and there are plenty of places to park, so even if you go by car, you won't have to worry about being unable to park.

I'm a ramen fan, but I came here because I wanted Chinese noodles. The arrangement is very careful. It wasn't too hot and I could eat it right away. Although the soup was dark in color, it was refreshing and delicious. The firmness of the noodles is just right. The person I went with drank all the soup. I want to go again.

I used it for lunch. I received clam salt soba for 1350 yen. The soup is clear and beautiful. The saltiness is modest. It tastes like animal fat, but it's a perfect balance that allows you to fully enjoy the clam stock. It was delicious. The clams themselves are salty, so the taste is not bland. The noodles are homemade, smooth and straight noodles with added water. When boiled, it should be soft. I thought it went well with this soup. It was delicious. There are also two extra-large clams on top, so the other ingredients are simple, but it feels like a good deal. The clam salt soba comes with rice for free, and the fact that it has a piece of rose seaweed in the middle is a nice touch. I poured a low-salt soup over it and had it made with clam dashi chazuke. It was a very satisfying lunch.
