I visited at lunchtime on the weekend, but I was lucky because I could enter without lining up. There was quite a line after we entered. The inside of the store is very clean and you can eat comfortably without any sticky feeling peculiar to ramen shops. I ordered all the special white chicken ramen toppings, and it came with a rich white chicken soup, soft roast pork, and fragrant chicken thighs. The chopped purple onion was a nice accent and it was very delicious.

I really liked the soy sauce ramen. I think this is one of the characteristics of a restaurant that follows the style of Shirakami, but first of all, the noodles are delicious. The noodles used for the extra noodles are made to be extremely fine and can be transformed into a completely different dish. It would be a waste not to order a substitute for this, so please do. The hanging char siu that they sell is also very satisfying.
