Today's lunch was at Nishimura Mengyo, where I received 700 yen of char siu noodles and 250 yen of fried rice (small)😁❗️There are 4 seats at the counter and 3 seats at the table. I've been in the noodle making business for over 60 years, and I've been working at a ramen shop for about 10 years. Originally, it was like a bar shop, and there were pictures on the wall. Since the noodles are homemade, the price is very cheap, and it looks like it was from the Showa era😱The noodles are straight thin noodles with a good texture and a great aroma. The soup is definitely a Chinese noodle soup and is definitely delicious. Perhaps the focus is on seafood, but it has a nostalgic taste.
