The inside of the store is clean and comfortable, and all seats are separated by partitions, so you can rest assured. Although it is a mixed soba, it came out with the highest volume. While enjoying the taste of various meats, the soup has a strong seafood flavor and the noodles are chewy. Crunchy vegetables also go well with mazesoba. It was very filling and satisfying. I want to eat Mazesoba and Dandan noodles! When you think that, Hanabi-san is recommended!

Mr. Hanabi, the originator of Taiwan Mazesoba, which I wanted to try once. I tried Taiwan Mazesoba Deluxe topped with bean sprouts and green onions. Beautiful store and polite customer service, of course the taste was very delicious and I wanted to repeat. My partner who went with me asked for the green onions to be removed, but during the cooking, he said, "If you are going to remove the green onions, do you also remove the onions?" ’ said to me. That's great consideration. I felt that corona measures were taken sufficiently, such as alcohol at the entrance and tables, acrylic plates at the counter seats, and vinyl with the kitchen. I feel that there are many places where the customer service is not good enough for shops with names such as the original, but overall it was a wonderful shop. It was a feast.

The number of Taiwanese Mazesoba restaurants has increased in various places, but personally, I like Hanabi the best. The amount of rice is exquisite, and the ratio is just right with the remaining meat and miso sauce.
