After work we have this delicious ramen. We strongly recommend

The salt in the chicken paitan ramen is delicious! The rich soup mixes with the noodles. Char siu that is grilled just before is also good. 5 stars for this flavor! If you want to eat a lot, choose a large serving or a substituted egg. Yakitori menu available at night. There are many regular customers, and the atmosphere is like that of an izakaya. I gave up on Friday night because it was full, and went back the next day to go as soon as it opened. The master's voice becomes high-pitched when he talks to regular customers.

I visited for lunch on a weekday. As you can see from the name, this This restaurant seems to mainly serve chicken paitan soup. I read some reviews about it (invented by the restaurant?!), but it seems to be characterized by its rich soup. Rich means between rich and light. The location is just after going west on Prefectural Route 59 and turning south at the intersection (North High School South) a few hundred meters before crossing Route 41. The parking lot is for 3 cars on the premises when you turn left immediately after crossing the store to the south, and 2 cars in the relatively spacious parking lot next to it to the east? ! it seems like. There was only one customer when I visited around 12:00. I thought it would be relatively empty even though it was lunchtime, but more and more customers came later and the place was almost full. The inside of the restaurant has a rather pub-like atmosphere, as mentioned in other reviews. The feeling of having two L-shaped counters (about 8 people?) and a tatami room desk (for 6 people?!) is a traditional izakaya interior. The operation is run by a middle-aged couple, probably a couple. The menu was ordered orally. If you call out to them, the wife will come and take your order. I ordered the chicken paitan Taiwan ramen (soy sauce) (¥860). By the way, the price range for ramen is around 800 yen. It seems that the strain that uses chicken paitan can choose between salt or soy sauce for the base soup. My first impression was unexpectedly small donburi. ! I tought The large serving and double balls are ¥ 150, so if you are an adult male, the large serving may be good. Please bring your ramen in a tray, but place it directly on your desk. The soup is a soup with a strong scent of chicken. It's rich. However, although it has the unique richness of Tori Paitan, it is not thick and spreads smoothly in your mouth. Is delicious. However, even if you mix meat miso, there is a feeling that the chicken paitan wins, and there is little feeling of Taiwanese ramen, and it really feels like a chicken paitan accent. The noodles are medium thick and look like whole grain noodles. You can clearly see the grains in the noodles. I think this is the type that you can feel the aroma and sweetness when you chew it and eat it, but ramen slurps without even tasting the noodles, and the delicate taste of the noodles is hidden by the strong taste of the ramen soup. I felt like I was a little wasteful personally because I feel like I'm going to have a good time. However, when I look at these noodles, I feel something like commitment. The cashier was the cashier at the back of the store. When I called out to the general when I left the store, "It was a feast" With a relatively soft demeanor and a smile, he said, "Thank you very much." This was a good impression. Overall, it was delicious, but I felt that it was a bit of a failure. What I did to Taiwanese ramen The amount of ramen is a little small, and Taiwanese ramen uses simple ingredients such as minced meat and Chinese chives. At ¥860, I thought it was a little expensive considering the market price of ramen. (However, ramen is too cheap everywhere to begin with.) If this is a normal chicken paitan type, it will come with char siu, so I think it's a good product for cost performance if you eat it. I think the regular bird paitan type is recommended (^^)
