I was in Nagoya on a business trip and based on a friend's recommendation, I stopped by for the first time. It's a famous and popular store, so there was a long line for about 40 minutes. The store is lively, has a good atmosphere, and is comfortable. As expected, I ordered Gifu tanmen. A dish that tastes delicious from the first bite. Although it has a mild taste, it has a strong taste that makes you addicted to it. The soup and noodles go well together! You can adjust the spiciness, but I think even people who don't like spicy food should have no problem with 1 or 2. I am grateful to my friend for being able to meet a delicious restaurant for the first time in a while. I will stop by again.

The atmosphere in the store was good, and the employees seemed to be on good terms and it was a warm atmosphere. Child seats are also available in the store. I ordered Gifu Tanmen 4 spicy and garlic. Personally, it's delicious if you put a substitute sauce and chili oil on vinegared bean sprouts. As for the payment method, there are only cash and PayPay, so it would be great if that was improved.
