Visited H31.2.1. A deep-fried tofu restaurant that you can't eat at home. For the fried tofu, we use Kamabuchi fried chicken from Kamabuchi Tofu Shop in Higashi Shirakawa Village, Gifu Prefecture. Not only does it have great flavor, but it also has a good texture because it is cooked using steam convection rather than a home oven. Ramen starts at 500 yen, but you can add tofu for 100 yen per piece. Just adding one piece of fried tofu will fill you up considerably, so I think it's good value for money. They are also currently developing new menu items using fried tofu, so I'm looking forward to the future.
