Inuyama, Aichi, Japan｜Sugakiya Inuyamakyasutaten

I've been to Nagoya many times, but I've never been to the famous Sugakiya Ramen, so I came to the store. A shop attached to the food court on the first basement floor of the Caster commercial facility in front of Inuyama Station. I thought about what to choose, and the soup of Sugakiya ramen matched my image of being salty, so I ordered vegetable ramen with added vegetables for ¥560. It was made to order, with plenty of corn and vegetables, and even a ramen spoon that is lined up in MOMA's design shop. and the tension rises. When you slurp the soup right away, it has a strong salty and sharp taste! Here it is! This instant feeling is as expected! If you say it's a taste of cost performance, it's like that, but the vegetables have a frozen feeling, but they're delicious, and the noodles are decent and delicious! I left the soup behind, but I thought it was an addictive ramen that would make you want to go there once in a while if it was near your house.

Sugakiya stopped by when I went to Ohnoya in Nagoya to buy Uiro. It's located inside the food court and has become a place for old ladies to hang out. I have seen ``instant noodles'' in the Kanto region, but I have never experienced the ``authentic taste.'' What surprised me when the ramen came out was this "weird fork and spoon?" With this one bottle, you can eat noodles and drink soup. That means you don't need astragalus!

There aren't many ramen shops that have all the three features: cheap, delicious, and fast! . However, on Saturdays and Sundays in the afternoon, it gets crowded, and orders pile up with only 2 people working in the store, so it might be difficult if there aren't at least 3 people working...😓
