Seto, Aichi, Japan｜Sugakiya

The usual stable taste. I like to sprinkle a little more pepper. It's a specialty that I sometimes want to eat. Apita itself, which was destroyed in Gifu, has a nostalgic atmosphere. The inside of the store from the bustling days of yesteryear was lovely.

A standard store in the Tokai area. Sugakiya is a cheap and delicious ramen restaurant. I stopped by the Seto Apita branch in the Apita Seto food court in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture. It's on the 2nd floor of the building. Anyway, it's cheap and delivered quickly. Regular ramen costs 330 yen, comes with grilled chicken seseri bowl and salad for 350 yen, and comes to 680 yen including tax. The bowl of ramen is small, but it holds a lot of noodles. Ingredients are chashu, green onion, and menma. The soup is pork bone based and has a nice shellfish soup stock. You can drink it all without getting bored. The set chicken seseri yakidon has a sweet sauce and a nice texture to the meat. This is quite delicious. Some salad sets come with cooked rice. Those are the local staples and are even cheaper. Many people eat soft serve ice cream after meals. I'm not a local, so I eat it when I come here, but there are many shops, and most of them are located in shopping centers and supermarkets, so you can eat it anywhere.
