I haven't had fried rice lately, but it's delicious and it's fun to watch them cook it rhythmically. I heard that the name of the store came from the founder's name, pronounced differently. The sesame tonkotsu-based menu is all delicious, but please try eating soy sauce for the orthodox. It's delicious. I think the store should promote more soy sauce.
