2023 (Reiwa 5) 9/24 21:30~ I had been interested in this store for some time, and I had the chance to visit it. The inside of the store has a bright atmosphere, and the BGM may be wired, but it doesn't ruin the atmosphere inside the store. When I entered the store, I was greeted by a cheerful staff member. The ordering method is easy to understand using a tablet. I also appreciate that you can get pickles for free! I ordered the highly recommended bubble pork bone ramen. When I tasted the ramen soup that was brought to me, I was sure it wasn't disgusting as it was a product I was proud of. And the noodles are also quite good depending on your taste! I don't understand why it was so empty even though it was a Sunday night. Isn't this an evolution of the existing pork bone soup? While many ramen shops are closing down due to low profits and high sales, I think they are doing their best with prices. I would like to see it become a prosperous store. Well, maybe it's crowded during the day! Anyway, it was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

Lunch at [My Tonkotsu main store] 🚗³₃ ●Black bubble pork x Tang tar bowl ¥1,300 ●Topping flavored egg + ¥130 ●My Taiwanese half-fried rice ¥550 On this day, I wore black to go for a gutsy look. The noodles are firm and I added my favorite flavored egg ☺️ When you slurp the thin noodles, The mellow pork bone soup and the aftertaste of charred garlic will make you addicted 💕 There's a self-service corner, and there's red pickled ginger, spicy bean sprouts, and a variety of pickles, so you can enjoy different flavors and pair them with rice ☺️ The kara tartaru rice bowl has coarsely chopped boiled eggs, and the large and crispy fried chicken is the best. I can't stop eating noodles and rice🤣 And the one that makes a substitute. ●Luxury Kaedama ￥230 I later realized that I could have started with regular ramen and made it black with extra noodles. I added half the Taiwanese fried rice that I was interested in. The presence of yolk is attractive. I thought it would be more of a mess, but I ordered from the beautiful store😊 tab. This time I ordered dried sardines foam 😄 At first glance, it looks like a stylish noodle, but the dried sardines are quite strong, and the aroma and taste is 5:5 with the pork bone🤗 If you want to enjoy both dried sardines and tonkotsu, please click here!! If you only want tonkotsu, we do not recommend it 😁 The horse mackerel is delicious, and you can choose the hardness of the noodles at Maru.
