Best mazesoba in Nagoya if you ask me. The owner used to run a branch of the famous Hanabi-Mazesoba shop before but decided to split away to start his own restaurant. Apparently, one of the reasons was that he wanted to make the noodles by Hand, whereas Hanabi relies on pre-made noodles now. If you're hungry, go for the "Kiwami MAX" (1300¥) which is loaded with different kinds of chashu and egg. The Taiwan mazesoba are great too so you can't go wrong with either. You can also get free rice in the end to soak up all that remaining sauce! It's kinda far from the center but worth the trip if you wanna go for a more unique mazesoba experience.

I thought I saw it for the first time, but it seems like it opened in September, and I saw a sign saying Taiwan Mazesoba, so I went in right away. It was around 11:40 when I came in, so it was just me and one other customer, but 3 and 2 people came in right away, and there were 9 seats at the counter at meal time, so it was busy with people taking turns. It felt like I bought a ticket for Taiwanese mazesoba and rice (small) at the ticket vending machine. The noodles were thick and chewy, had a good texture, and the seasoning was spicy, making it a very delicious Taiwanese mazesoba. I would like to come back to eat there again.
