This is my first visit and a long trip to eat my first rich MAX. The noodles were hard and large, so I didn't add more soup. (The companion tastes like a street food stall) I usually order extra thick soup (?), so I was able to eat it without being scared by the hardness of the soup. However, to be honest, it wasn't as hard as I expected. Although the hard noodles seem to be losing out. In the second half, I added chives from the service corner to change the taste. The balance between the noodles and the soup is about 15% of the soup left after eating the noodles. It would be a good idea to finish the meal with rice and soup. I was satisfied. But hey, I'll go with the price.

The taste of the soup is mellow and sweet! While there are many restaurants that are strong and salty, the sweetness is always consistent no matter when you go. I also like that the set menu is biased toward offal and fatty pork. The parking lot has a unique way of exiting, so that's what makes it so charming.

I went on a rainy day, but a male staff member greeted me at the entrance and said, "It's been raining quite a bit" (*^^*) I felt great from the moment I entered 😊My hometown is Suzuka So this was my first time going to this store, and I was excited to see that they had self-service bean sprouts, red pickled ginger, and spicy miso in addition to chive condiments🥰👏Is this an izakaya? It had a similar atmosphere, and there were menu items such as yukhoe bowl and fried hormones that you can't find at other stores. Other stores accept PayPay payments, so I thought I could definitely use PayPay, but they only accept cash payments. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, I thought it would be even better if they were cashless (˙˘˙) The Moriyama store is a store where the staff are cheerful and make you feel good ☺️
