Komaki, Aichi, Japan｜Menya Takeda

I went to Komaki for the first time after learning about it on Instagram when I went to Komaki for work. We arrived at 11am on Friday and there was already a line. Waiting for the order in the store is full, waiting for 30 minutes. The ordered ramen came in 30 minutes after sitting at the counter seat. Certainly, the movement I think is carefully made. Even if the waiting time is long, the staff here are all polite, so you can feel comfortable in this store, but the politeness is reflected in the taste of the ramen. I had a special rich Chinese soba, but the chashu is delicious and the flavored egg is delicious. The ramen was also chewy and really exceeded my expectations. I can understand why it is a store where you can line up.

I visited with three uncles on the third day of the second half of 5/5 Golden Week. I arrived before 10:30 when the store opened at 11:00, and I managed to slip in by the 13th person who could wait inside. Special rich Chinese noodles for 1,200 yen and rice for 100 yen (both tax included) to make the most of the rich soup. As the name suggests, it's very rich, but it's not too salty, so you can enjoy it till the end.I don't usually add rice to my ramen these days, but I added it this time and it turned out alright! However, due to the careful preparation, the delivery speed is slow, so there will be some waiting time after the second round, so I think you should be prepared for that.

One of my favorite stores. I got a special dried sardine soba for a light person, but the soup feels only umami! ! I waited a long time, but it was worth it. It was delicious. When I left the store, I was able to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for your time and delicious food.
