Kasugai, Aichi, Japan｜麺やTASUKI

A very stylish noodle shop in front of Kasugai Station. I think it's an atmosphere that's easy for women and dates to come in. Both the young owner and the part-time workers provide pleasant customer service. I received Tsukemen the other day and it was the most delicious Tsukemen I've ever had in my life. The flavor of the dipping sauce is delicious, the noodles are well-cooked, and the chashu pork is also delicious. It was so delicious that I ended up drinking three highballs. I also had the new chive soba on another day, and I like it too. I'll definitely go there.

It was my first time visiting. It was close to the station, and the inside of the store was very clean and easy to use. This time I had salt ramen. Yuzu gosho, pepper, vinegar, and other ingredients were placed on the table, and we were able to change the flavors as we ate. Also, when ordering tsukemen, you can have the dipping sauce warmed up if it gets cold. As for drinks, tea is placed on the table, so you can have it yourself. The salt ramen had a refreshing taste, and even though I had it after dinner, I was able to enjoy the soup. The chashu was also juicy, delicious, and filling. I would like to use it again. There was also a smoking area outside, so I think it would be easy for smokers to use it.

The tsukemen was delicious. Ojiya seems to have started recently, but please be careful as it is only for tsukemen and cannot be added to ramen. By the way, it's delicious.
