This is an unpretentious Hakata tonkotsu ramen restaurant. The counter seats are fairly wide so it doesn't feel cramped. Visited after 6pm on weekdays. There was one group of customers. The tonkotsu ramen was delicious and I ended up ordering a substitute. When you hand over your meal ticket, you will be asked how hard it is. It's nice that they have seasonings so you can change the flavor of the ramen to your liking. I ordered half-fried rice, which looked thin but had a strong taste. I wish I could order it as a single item. This is a store I would like to visit again if I am nearby.

It is a shop that is popular among feudal retainers, as it has a wide selection of Wednesday Dodo goods. The tonkotsu ramen has a somewhat unique taste, similar to The Hakata Ramen, but Hakata ramen lovers will not be disappointed. I felt it was on a different level from the plain pork bone soup ramen that you often get at chain restaurants. Among the free toppings, the mustard greens have a strong flavor, unlike those at chain restaurants, so I highly recommend you try them. This is a ramen shop that will make you feel like you have gone to Hakata while staying in Kasugai City.

Is it soy sauce pork bones? The fried rice was also delicious. Next time I would like to try gyoza and seafood pork bones!
